An Irish Sojourn: doorways Posted on September 27, 2012 by Salley Mavor Here are a selection of doorways we saw on our recent trip to Ireland. I was surprised by some of the bold paint colors, which were far from the white washed or stone cottage look that I’ve seen in pictures. Share this:ShareFacebookEmailPrintLike this:Like Loading... Thanks for sharing a glimpse of a far away country !
I love the colors! On our wonderful trip to Ireland a few years ago, I photographed every yellow house I saw and there were so many of them – it made a nice memory of our trip.
So very creative to capture the essence of place via doorway images. I would love to peek…..perhaps a little leprechaun may be inside with his pot of gold?
Did you get to see any sheep?
